2 Corinthians 9:8 God is able to make you abundantly blessed, so that in all things at all times, when you have everything you need, you will abound in every good work.
Faced with the pressures of studies, work, and life, I often thought I could get through it all by relying on my own efforts, but ultimately I found that my strength was limited and I was easily exhausted. Paul reminded me that abundance in all things does not come from ourselves, but from the rich grace of God. He does not give reluctantly, but "gives more abundantly," enabling me to have strength even in busyness and to do good even in weariness. True provision is not resources, but God Himself. Only by learning to let go, surrender, and rely on Him can we experience the grace of not lacking.
Dear Lord, I confess that I often run by my own strength, only to become weary under pressure and lose joy in the weight of responsibility. Teach me to trust in You more deeply, knowing that all the blessings I need come from You. May You abundantly give me strength, peace, and wisdom, so that I may still find fulfillment in You amidst the busyness of each day. Help me not to rely on my own abilities, but on Your grace to accomplish the good works You have placed before me. In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
