"Nature is not a god, but it is the first book written by the god; if people only stay on the pages, they will miss the author; but if they completely ignore the pages, they will also be unable to know the author."

📖 Scripture Reference

Romans 1:19–20 For what can be known about God is plain to them, because God has shown it to them. For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse.

💭 Reflection

Romans reminds me that God has not hidden Himself from view. His eternal power and divinity are already written in the world He created. The stillness of the snow-capped mountains, the order of heaven and earth, the laughter of children—all silently testify that this is not accidental. The question is not whether God reveals Himself, but whether I am willing to see and respond. If I enjoy creation but neglect the Creator, my heart begins to grow dull. Today, God calls me again through His creation—do not dwell on the gift itself, but return to the One who gave it.

🙏 Prayer

Dear Heavenly Father, thank you for speaking to me through the world you created. As I stand amidst the mountains and rivers you have created, I ask that you grant me not only awe of the scenery but also reverence for yourself. Forgive me for those moments of complacency and spiritual numbness, forgive me for enjoying grace while neglecting the one who bestows it. Open my eyes, that I may continually recognize your works and respond to your calling in my daily life. May my gratitude not be merely words, but manifested in obedience and worship. In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
