"In prayer, we should learn to cast all our worries and anxieties on God. Once we have done our part wholeheartedly, the rest is God's work, and He has His own timetable."

📖 Scripture Reference

Philippians 4:6-7 Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

💭 Reflection

Completing today's interviews is proof of our hard work, while the uncertainty surrounding the selection of board members is a space God has left for faith. Dr. Wu Jingxiong reminds us that God Himself is the way, meaning our task is not to forge a path in the wilderness, but to walk alongside the "way." Philippians 4:6-7 offers the secret to transformation: replace "anxiety" with "thankfulness." When we view tomorrow's two interviews as a blessing rather than a burden, and see the predicament of finding board members as a prelude to God's glory, that "peace beyond understanding" will transcend logic and solidify our hearts. Remember, in God's timeline, there is no such thing as "slow progress," only "the perfect entry point."

🙏 Prayer

Dear Heavenly Father, faced with the uncertainty of selecting board members for my missionary charity foundation, I choose not to worry alone, but instead, according to Your Word, to completely cast this burden upon You. Lord, You are the only way; I ask that You place in my heart this very moment that peace beyond understanding, calming the storms in my soul. I ask that You prepare the interviewees for tomorrow, granting me keen insight and appropriate speech, and that You secretly guide Your board members. I believe that when I do my best, the results will be revealed in Your most beautiful moment. May my heart and mind be protected in Christ, and may I joyfully meet tomorrow's challenges. In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
