Galatians 3:24 So the law is our teacher who leads us to Christ, that we may be justified by faith.
Mr. Wu Jingxiong's insight reminds us that God's grace is not only found in sacred temples, but also scattered among the fragments of human civilization's wisdom. Confucian benevolence and Daoist detachment once guided him like mentors, leading him to the source of all things. In today's fragmented world, we often feel disconnected amidst our multiple identities in the workplace, academia, and life. Only by returning to Christ as the "single center" can all our cultural accumulation and life experiences cease to be burdens of conflict, but be transformed into steps towards truth. Let faith be the glue that binds us together, enabling us to find the wholeness and harmony of life amidst its diversity.
Loving Heavenly Father, thank you for placing so many "guides" in my life. Whether it be the wisdom of those who came before me, the trials of life, or the influence of culture, thank you for leading me step by step closer to you. Lord, I ask that you reign and rule in my heart, becoming the sole focus in the trivialities of my life and my professional pursuits, so that my life may no longer be scattered by trivialities, but be restored to oneness in Christ. May my learning and actions reflect the glory of your perfecting of all things. In the face of complex circumstances, grant me a heart as pure as a child and as profound as a sage, so that I may find rest in your truth. Amen.
